  • Communication – Before your arrival, we will be in communication with you at all times. We believe communication and the exchange of information are indispensable for both patient and surgeon. Any medical questions will be addressed to the surgeon involved for his professional advice.
  • Past Clients – Upon request, we will put you in contact with previous clients for further reference.
  • Medical History – You are required to complete a medical history form and send it to us along with a close-up photograph, to enable the surgeon to evaluate and assess your request.
  • Telephone consultations - will be arranged to discuss further medical requirements. We believe that you need to make an educated choice. Consequently, all email correspondence and telephone consultations are part of the service offered.
  • Face-to-Face Consultation in Tunisia - The first visit to the surgeon is usually scheduled as early as possible after arrival, at the latest one day before surgery. Surgery dates are scheduled in order not to affect normal surgical routine; They are also scheduled in order to be flexible.
