On your arrival, you will meet with your assistant who will take care of you. Available 24 hours a day, our assistant is there to guide you through every step, from arrival to departure: settling into your hotel, consultation with the surgeon, follow-up after intervention... Our staff will be entirely at your disposal.
Our assistance will begin when you arrive at the airport of Tunis Carthage, where you will be welcomed (e) our assistant who will ensure your transfer to the hotel of your choice.
You will enjoy a discreet and efficient service from qualified staff, speaking the language perfectly english. Our assistant will answer all your questions and inform the program of meeting with the medical staff (course of the intervention, analysis, radios, various controls) without forgetting the general information about the hotel, and the different destinations to enjoy your free time before and after surgery, without running any risk, and to visit Tunis, souks and museums.
Our assistant will take care of the reconfirmation of your return flight. She will continue to listen to your requests to help you prepare questions for the surgeon and the anesthesiologist in order to make the right choice.
She will attend all meetings pre and post-operative with the medical staff.
Your assistance will be daily, with schedules set in advance, both at the hotel, at the clinic.
This assistance will be provided 24/24, every day of the week.

Our assistance does not end the day you return to your country, we will contact you once a month for six to twelve months, to answer your questions and make sure the final outcome of your intervention.
Obviously, this will be by videoconference or by telephone.

Revision Policy
Following 6 months from the surgery date, your plastic surgeon will review and evaluate the progress of your cosmetic surgery procedure(s). You will be required to send 3 photos of each surgery area every 2 months post surgery for 6 months. During this review period if the surgeon should feels that unsatisfactory results have been achieved. Your doctor will perform a revision surgery at no cost to you. The clinic charges will be billed to the patient.
In order to uphold this policy all clients must send 3 photos taken on a solid background of each surgery area every 2 months (NO cell phone photos). Failure to do so will cancel the surgery guarantee offered by your doctor.
In addition any post surgery performed to the areas by another doctor other than a Surgery & Holiday surgeon will void the surgery guarantee. All pictures should be send to your doctor's email and Surgery & Holiday Customercare@surgery-and-holiday.com
